Sunki Dress

Willow managed to get in some quality daddy time at the Children's Museum today. Sculpting, face painting and reading were on the agenda and I finally got madam into the wonderful dress that our friend Holly made for her birthday gift in August. I love this dress. She on the other hand needed a little more convincing. It isn't pink and that's the bottom line to a 3 year old.

We took advantage of the good weather and headed out to the park for some swinging and sliding.

We headed out to Plumper tree farm to go get us a cut it down yourself christmas tree. For a girl that grew up in the big city the idea of going out to a farm to get 'your own' is still very much a novelty.

Aquarium

We were at a loose end today and so decided to give the new Portland Aquarium a try. We even managed to rope in the Dyson's to keep us company.

I think the kids were more interested in the gift shop which was strategically placed at the entrance to the aquarium. I have no idea how i managed to get off so lightly, lucky for me Willow only fancied a $1 little shark ring.

We meet up with Sally at the park but the cold quickly sent us straight back inside to warm up with a hot chocolate. These guys are such goofballs.

New Cardie (and a haircut)

We just love getting clothes in the post, especially from auntie Sam. Willow LOVES her butterfly cardie and it goes so well with her Peppa Pig wellies which finally fit. 

 (either this stuff comes up small or i have a giant child, this is for a 5 to 6 year old!)
