Great find

I found this super sweet looking vintage doll at the swap shop today. I have no idea what kind of doll she is, maybe a Kewpie? or how old she is. I think she may still be wearing her original clothes, they seem pretty old and faded.  I'm surprised that anyone would leave her, she's a great find.
